Terms & Conditions

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between AZUR SUITES (hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor”) and any person making a reservation on the website https://www.villadivona.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”). They define the applicable conditions for any seasonal rental booking offered by the Lessor.

Article 2: Reservation and Confirmation

Availability
Reservations are made in real time according to availability displayed on the website.

Booking Process

  • Selection of dates.

  • Completion of the form with personal information.

  • Acceptance of the GTC and payment of the booking.

Confirmation
The booking is confirmed by the Lessor via email upon receipt of payment.

Article 3: Rates and Payment

Pricing
Rates are indicated in Euros and include the rental price and associated services (cleaning).

Payment Methods
Secure payment by credit card via PayPal.

Article 4: Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.

Cancellation by the Lessor
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the Client will be fully refunded.

Reservation Modification
Any request for modification must be made in writing at least 30 days before arrival.

Article 5: Stay Conditions

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: before 11:00 AM

House Rules

  • Non-smoking

  • No pets

  • Respect for the neighborhood and the premises

Occupancy Limit
The accommodation cannot host more than 4 people.

Article 6: Responsibilities

Lessor’s Responsibility
The Lessor guarantees that the accommodation complies with its description.

Client’s Responsibility
The Client is responsible for any damage caused during their stay, to the accommodation and common areas, and may face legal action.

Article 7: Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 8: Disputes and Applicable Law

Mediation
In case of a dispute, the Client may refer to a consumer mediator.

Governing Law
These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 9: Acceptance of the GTC

Confirmation of the booking implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
